This family are supposed to have been a branch of the Fowlers of Shrivenham. They lived at Fifield Manor which was eventually inherited by the Norreys family.
FOXLEY
of Foxley Manor.
The family lived at the moated Foxley Manor at Touchen End in Bray, as well as at Bramshill Castle (Hampshire). There is a superb brass to Sir John Foxley in Bray Church. Their heraldic badge was a fox.
